Elberton.NET Upgrades to Vision360 to Improve Productivity/Customer Experience

ATLANTA, GA – JANUARY 12, 2017: ETI Software Solutions is proud to announce that ElbertonNET, the City of Elberton, Georgia’s broadband and cable TV provider, has deployed ETI’s Vision360 to make it easier and faster for CSRs to manage subscribers and work orders.

Long-time customer ElbertonNET upgrades from legacy ETI platform

The upgrade from ETI’s legacy platform features a browser-based interface that streamlines new customer activation, customer service calls and work order management.The Vision360 upgrade is available to any ETI customer operating on a legacy platform. It requires no data conversion and is fully supported by ETI.
