Web Front End Developer

ETI is a small, international software company with a record of innovation, helping telecoms and ISPs manage, understand, and gain insight into their networks, equipment, and services. We are bringing a new product to market which needs a fantastic UI and UX, with amazing visualisations to explore and understand a variety of data. We a need a confident developer who loves to learn and wants to bring new ideas and perspectives to our team.

What we are doing:

building a new web application featuring data visualisation
moving, processing, and storing a lot of data, including time series
working with the world’s best mapping software (ESRI)
using customer feedback to improve our UI and UX
rapidly adding and deploying to new customers

What you can do already:

design and build web UIs
write code in JavaScript
demonstrate UX knowledge
work with open-source software

What we will do together:

choose the best tools and frameworks for an amazing UX
integrate and visualize data using a variety of APIs
design and implement scalable, robust, and responsive UIs
create and improve integration and unit testing
learn, review, and adopt new technology and best practices

Our new product team is international, and we all work from home. We are building our own flexible agile processes, and we’ll need your input to work together better. You’ll get a laptop and display from us, and we’ll pay for you to travel quarterly to our UK offices for a week-long hack-a-thon!
