ATLANTA, GA – ETI Chairman of the Board and founder, Pete Pifer announced the appointment of Jeff Fraleigh as the President of ETI Software Solutions as of June 1, 2020. Jeff joined ETI in 2019 as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. He brings 20 years of software experience across a variety of industries, including telecommunications, state & local government, banking and insurance.
“Since joining ETI, Jeff has solidified our relationships with long-time clients and partners. He led ETI to +10% growth in 2019 and +25% year over year growth in H1 2020.” said Pete Pifer. “Expanding Jeff’s scope of leadership comes at a critical time as demand for ETI’s products and expertise is increasing as the market demands better broadband networks and services.”
“Jeff’s passion for providing what clients need has shaped the vision for ETI’s next generation Service Management Platform. We’ve re-imagined our core expertise and designed an intelligent broadband service management platform to support new services while increasing network efficiency, scalability, and reliability” explains Kirk Hoyer, ETI’s Chief Technology Officer.
Prior to joining ETI, Jeff was the Global Head of CAST Highlight, a SaaS software division focusing on helping clients with application modernization and cloud migration. Working with a team-focused approach and attitude, Highlight revenue increased more than 150% three straight years.
Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Connecticut and is enjoying life in Georgia with his wife, two children and three dogs.
