I’m happy to announce my new role as Director, Customer Experience. Simply put, the director of customer experience is the torchbearer of a customer-centric culture in an organization that leads to great customer experience. My key role is focused on outlining and achieving how customers perceive ETI while driving higher customer satisfaction, NPS, customer retention, new business growth and fewer turnovers.
