ATLANTA, GA – DECEMBER 22, 2016: ETI Software Solutions is proud to announce that Frank Gine has been promoted from President and COO of ETI Software to Chief Executive Officer. Frank will assume the CEO duties from Pete Pifer, ETI Software’s founder. Pifer will now serve as ETI’s Chief Strategic Officer and continue as Board Chairman.
“Promoting Frank Gine to CEO was an easy decision,” said Pifer. “Since joining ETI in 2002, Frank has been a driving force behind our success. He takes the helm at an exciting juncture – ETI’s 25th anniversary – and brings with him the leadership and dedication necessary to guide ETI in the future.”
“I am excited and humbled by this opportunity,” said Gine. “The telecom industry is transforming before our eyes as providers monetize their network investments. ETI is uniquely positioned to help solve these business challenges through analytic solutions that increase efficiencies, create new revenue streams and enhance the customer experience.”
As Gine begins his tenure as CEO, Pifer will take on a new role as Chief Strategic Officer, though it’s one he has unofficially held for many years. “Pete has always had keen insight into the ever-changing telecommunications landscape,” said Kirk Hoyer, ETI’s CTO. “Moreover, he is a visionary who will identify corporate strategic objectives and continue to be instrumental in achieving them. It’s a natural evolution of leadership roles for both Frank and Pete, and ETI and our customers will benefit from it.”
