ATLANTA, GA – DECEMBER 22, 2016: ETI Software Solutions is proud to announce that Frank Gine has been promoted from President and COO of ETI Software to Chief Executive Officer. Frank will assume the CEO duties from Pete Pifer, ETI Software’s founder. Pifer will now serve as ETI’s Chief Strategic Officer and continue as Board Chairman.

As Gine begins his tenure as CEO, Pifer will take on a new role as Chief Strategic Officer, though it’s one he has unofficially held for many years. “Pete has always had keen insight into the ever-changing telecommunications landscape,” said Kirk Hoyer, ETI’s CTO. “Moreover, he is a visionary who will identify corporate strategic objectives and continue to be instrumental in achieving them. It’s a natural evolution of leadership roles for both Frank and Pete, and ETI and our customers will benefit from it.”
