ATLANTA, GA – JANUARY 12, 2017: ETI Software Solutions is proud to announce that ElbertonNET, the City of Elberton, Georgia’s broadband and cable TV provider, has deployed ETI’s Vision360 to make it easier and faster for CSRs to manage subscribers and work orders.
Long-time customer ElbertonNET upgrades from legacy ETI platform
The upgrade from ETI’s legacy platform features a browser-based interface that streamlines new customer activation, customer service calls and work order management. The Vision360 upgrade is available to any ETI customer operating on a legacy platform. It requires no data conversion and is fully supported by ETI.
“The Vision360 interface is more intuitive and requires fewer clicks to navigate, which means we are able to solve customer issues faster,” says Lanier Dunn, Elberton’s City Manager. “In addition, the ability to monitor the status of a work order from any location improves our productivity dramatically. The result is a happier customer at the end of the day.”
“It’s rewarding to see decade-old customers like ElbertonNET upgrade to ETI’s next-gen solution,” said Frank Gine, CEO, ETI Software. “Vision360 will help ElbertonNET maximize operational efficiency now and position them for technology advances and subscriber growth in the future.”
