Triad SDP now advances wholesale service delivery of telephone, Internet and IPTV Services
ATLANTA, GA – October 7, 2010 — Enhanced Telecommunications, Inc. (dba ETI Software Solutions) today announced that its flagship product, TriadTM SDP (Service Delivery Platform) is now fully capable of supporting advanced wholesale business models for operators deploying “NBN” (National Broadband Network) Fiber-to-the-Home infrastructures.
“We are delighted to have reached this critical milestone in the evolution of our product line,” said Peter Pifer, Chairman and CEO, ETI Software Solutions. “We’ve had great success helping government and service operators manage billing and FTTH-delivered triple play services in North America for over 10 years now,” he said. “This new advancement of our Triad Service Delivery Platform further advances our end-to-end solutions for NBN operators worldwide.”
Triad SDP now enables operators to extend flow-through provisioning, device inventory management, rating, and work order management for video, voice, data and access networks that may be lacking in their existing customer billing and customer care systems. The evolution of Triad SDP to control FTTH (Fiber-to-the-Home) was a development goal the Company set several years ago, and has already deployed to dozens of operators.
The new generation of Triad SDP extends its control of FTTH architectures to a centralized distribution model, enabling fiber infrastructure providers, (often called “NBN” operators under government initiatives around the world,) to centrally manage multiple FTTH technologies over a segmented geographic deployment model. In addition, Triad SDP now offers Retail Service Providers the ability to automate FTTH operations that relate services back to the NBN operator, dramatically reducing manual operations, potential customer frustration and human error.
