Triad’s Mediaroom interface remains ahead of the curve, providing full support for Microsoft’s latest version including remote DVR, set-top box account registration; on-screen caller ID and prepaid services support features.

ATLANTA, GA – January 20, 2011 – Enhanced Telecommunications’ (d/b/a) ETI Software Solutions, Inc., (ETI) (www.etisoftware.superiorux.com) today announced the integration of ETI’s flagship product, TriadTM with Microsoft® MediaroomTM 2.0, providing an off-the-shelf interface that streamlines B/OSS integration with the industry’s most-deployed IPTV provider.

“ETI’s Triad has recently been selected by both a cable MSO and several large telcos to integrate with Mediaroom because our solution is proven and our expertise is acknowledged industry-wide,” said Pete Pifer, Chairman and CEO. ”We are now attracting larger service providers because of our successful track record with Mediaroom deployments and proven staying power in this industry.”

Triad’s features package, available for Mediaroom versions 1.1 and 2.0, supports automated installation, assignment and activation of set top boxes via an on-screen application managed with the remote control. It also delivers on-screen caller ID by interfacing with the telephony and video systems and allows subscribers to view and manage caller ID history. Remote DVR is available and gives subscribers the ability to manage recordings through any
web-enabled device.

“Our customers rely on ETI to provide up-to-date interfaces so they can quickly take advantages of new features and functionality,” said Pifer. “The fact that Triad supports the latest versions of more technology interfaces than any competitor is what makes ETI an exceptional value.”

Triad is also capable of simultaneously supporting multiple versions (1.1 and 2.0) of Mediaroom in tandem to ease potential transition issues. Because ETI is a member of the Microsoft Mediaroom Application Developer Program (ADP), its applications, plug-ins and utilities are lab-tested on a Microsoft Mediaroom personal server for quality assurance.
